Draupadi was born from the sacred Yagya fire as a princess in the Panchala kingdom in ancient India. Her life was far from a fairy tale. Recognised for her beauty, she was an exceptionally intelligent woman. Her unwavering determination, persuasion, persistence, generosity, knowing and standing for her rights are legendary, and changed the course of history during the Mahabharata.
